Changes made to GIS Public Access Web Services Version 2

Table of Contents changes:
--------------------------
- At the request of Community and Economic Development and the Soil and 
  Water Conservation District, a disclaimer has been added to the 
  Riparian Setbacks layer.  When clicking the Riparian Setbacks layer, 
  a disclaimer will be displayed in a pop-up window before the layer is 
  added to the map.


Layers changes:
---------------
- Census Tracts added.  Census tracts have been returned to the map, 
  using the most recent data from the US Census Bureau.  Click on the 
  layer name in the table of contents for more information.

- Census Block Groups added.  Census block groups have been returned to 
  the map, using the most recent data from the US Census Bureau.  Click 
  on the layer name in the table of contents for more information.

- 10 ft. Contours added.  Elevation contours, at 10 foot intervals, have 
  been returned to the map.  The data source for both the 10 foot and 2 
  foot contours is the same.

- Low-Mod Block Groups updated.

- Zoning renamed to Zoning Districts.

- FEMA Floodplain 2009 replaces FEMA Floodplain.  In July 2009 FEMA 
  released new floodplain data.  Click on the layer name in the table 
  of contents for more information.
