These data are provided for those experienced in the use of GIS data. A robust GIS, or CAD package that supports GIS data, is highly recommended. Summit County GIS does not provide technical support for use of these data with your software.

MB) Fill out the form in Acrobat Reader (version 5 or later
required) (it will auto-calculate) and print, or print the blank form
and fill in by hand. If purchasing in-person, you do not have
to fill out the contact information section.
Data may be purchased in
person at the address listed below, Monday through Friday from 7:30
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You may also purchase by mail by sending a
completed order form along with your payment. A
receipt will be returned with the data.
If
requesting data by mail you must add the cost of shipping to your total
payment, based on the list below, for the total number of discs
ordered. For example, if ordering the 2000 Topographic
dataset on CD and the 2005 GIS dataset on DVD, the total would be 8
discs = $4.00 (Seven discs in the 2000 CD dataset
plus one disc in the 2005 DVD dataset). Discs are mailed in
mailers designed for digital media.
Shipping costs will
calculate automatically by clicking the "Shipped" box in the order form
in Acrobat Reader.
Return envelopes will NOT
be accepted in lieu of shipping charges.

Aerial
photography from April, 2005 is also now available in either of two
formats: LizardTech MrSID, or JPEG 2000. There were
no topographic data updates done with the 2005 photography, except to
the DTM to facilitate the orthorectification of the photos.
See below for details.
With the release
of the July 2006 GIS Data and 2005 Aerial Photography, Summit County
will no longer be offering datasets on CD-R, only DVD-R, media.
Older datasets will remain available on CD-R as long as
current supplies last (contact Summit County GIS for ordering
information).
