Searching by parcel number is the most reliable method of searching for parcels. The parcel number is a unique identifying number assigned to each parcel in Summit County. The number consists of a two digit taxing district followed by the five digit parcel ID. The number can be found in the upper right hand corner of your property tax bill. If you know the seven digit parcel number just enter it in the box provided, then hit search or the enter key. If you are searching for a parcel and you know only the first few digits the search will return all parcels with the search criteria you enter. For example, if you know that the parcel you are looking for has 67031 as the first five digits the result will be the 95 parcels that match those five numbers.
