Search by Owner Name

This is very similar to the searching by address method in that the best way to utilize it is to keep it as simple as possible.  For example, if you are searching for John A. Beckham, you would only want to insert Beckham as the search criteria.  Similar to searching by address, this method has it's downfalls due to the number of times a name can appear in the database.
